Michael C. Gannon

Michael’s extensive experience in the design and construction industry began in 1983 following his graduation from the New York Institute of Technology, with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, and worked several years for a major architectural firm in New York, prior to his career in construction management.

Throughout his construction career, Michael has predominately been involved in project management, with additional supervision and estimating experience gained along the way. 

Michael is a principal with the ability to guide his team to successfully coordinate the project with all consultants while maintaining the project budget and schedule, without sacrificing the design intent.

He is very proud of his repeat work for many corporate clients and values the relationships that generates these and future projects.


Gregory W. Gannon

Greg has extensive experience in field operations that combined, with his project management and administration skills makes him an industry leader in the general contracting and construction management field.

He has successfully built high end detailed facilities in the legal, investment banking, banking, hospitality, health, insurance, religious institution and retail industries as well as interior office spaces for many other industries including museums and historical restoration projects.

Greg is a strong field operation executive with the ability to facilitate his engineering education in conjunction with his management skills to successfully coordinate the project work with clients, architects, engineers and consultants while maintaining the project budget and schedules.

Greg is currently on the board of directors for the Building Contractors Association of Greater New York.


Robert G. Vitolo

Robert is a graduate of Iona College with a Bachelor Degree in accounting and also attended the New York University School of Continuing Education where he graduated from the Construction Management Program.

His experience includes managing major projects, and performing both value engineering and the preparation of budgets for the projects. He works closely with the project team, in the early stages of the project, assisting in the selection of cost savings items and systems, and also managing the bidding and purchasing of products and subcontractors.

Robert has developed cost reporting systems and cash flow analysis for projects and has maintained these systems throughout the project.
